Charges

​

Our clearance fee allows for a tradesman being at your property for up to 1 hour. Extra time for removing rubbish and loading it is charged in half-hour increments. There are no call-out fees . The rubbish removed is charged as follows;

​

• General Waste and Green Waste - per cubic metre or load space.

• Heavy Building Waste - Material such as masonry, hardcore, timbers and soil are charged by weight.
   

Hazardous Waste Surcharges

​

Some items incur an additional surcharge due to them being hazardous to the environment. These items include: 

• Fridges and freezers

• Mattresses

• Air conditioning units, which should be decommissioned by an F-Gas licenced air conditioning tradesman first

 

Waste removal can be booked in at a time that suits you and can usually be scheduled within 48-hours of contacting us.
